Events

Events are triggered in Capable Health when your users take specific actions. You can subscribe to these events with a webhook. You can set up a webhook in your Capable admin portal or via our API. After creating a webhook, all the Capable Health events listed below will be sent to that webhook address. There is currently no option for subscribing to only a subset of events.

If the endpoint for one of your webhooks cannot be reached, Capable Health will try to resend events roughly 10 times over the course of three days. We will alert you if this happens to make sure you know your webhook endpoint is down.

Capable also offers integrations with Freshpaint and Segment. If you use these integrations, the same events listed below will also be sent to Freshpaint or Segment and can be passed downstream to other platforms, such as vendors for user analytics and marketing campaigns.
