Your dedicated Capable implementation team is here to help you at every point of your build journey — from kickoff to launch. Once you’ve signed on as a customer, there are five easy stages to the Capable implementation process that we’ll provide documented guidance and/or customer support to:


Your Capable implementation team will schedule a kickoff call to get you set up for success, including with sandbox apps.


You’ll be provided detailed guides that walk through configuring and building your platform features.


You’ll have access to on-call customer support as you deploy your production instance, and test your end-to-end experience on sandbox.


Your Capable implementation team will support you with end-to-end testing on production.


You’ll launch with real patients! After launch, you’ll have access to 24/7 customer support.
